摘要
Abstract
Ischemia reperfusion injury is inevitable in the treatment for acute myocardial infarction.It is a complicated inflammatory response involved by variety of inflammatory cytokines and cellular pathways,which involved in oxidative stress,mitochondrial damage and calcium overload.To make the injury minimize,many researhes were carried on to explore the specific mechanisms.The discovery of new cytokines and target sites provide us new orientation for clinical treatment.关键词
