Abstract
By using the "washing-acid leaching-roasting aqueous broken-acid leaching again" process purification experiment research.The results showed that optimal process parameters for the first the acid leaching optimal conditions:hydrochloric acid concentration is 10％,acid leaching temperature is 45 ℃,hydrochloric acid solution and the quality of quartz sand ratio of 5:1,acid leaching time is 4h; roasting optimal conditions:calcination temperature is 800℃,calcination time is 2h; the secondary acid leaching optimal conditions:concentration of mixed acid (HF:HC1 =1:9) is 10％,acid leaching temperature is 45 ℃,hydrochloric acid solution and the quality of quartz sand ratio of 2:1,leaching time 16h.Under these conditions,the purified total content of impurities of quartz sand is 9.6 × 10-5 the content of Fe2O3 is 8 × 10-6,to reach the technical indicators of high purity quartz sand.关键词
