Preparation and Photoluminescence Characteristics of CaWO4 Powders and CaWO4 One-dimensional Arrays

Abstract
CaWO4 powders and CaWO4 one-dimensional arrays were synthesized by so1-gel method and nano-porous alumina template enhancement.Photol uminescence characteristics of CaWO4 powders and one-dimensional arrays were studied.The results show that the samples are pure calcium tungstate powders.The luminescent spectrum strongest peak of CaWO4 powders is broadband spectrum at 410 nm,while that of CaWO4one-dimensional arrays is at 450 nm.Due to the samples and the template spectrum coupling,the photoluminescence peak has obviously red shift.关键词
