Preparation of Fe78-xMxSi13B9 Magnetic Materials by High-energy Ball-milling Technology

Abstract
Fe78-xMxSi13B9 soft magnetic amorphous alloy powders were prepared by high-energy ball-milling technology.Effects of the addition of transition metal elements M (Zr,Nb and Mo) on microstructure evolution,thermal stability and soft magnetic properties were analyzed by XRD,DSC,SEM and VSM.The results show that the addition of Zr and Nb are helpful to form amorphous phase in Fe-Si-B alloys.The maximum supercooled liquid region ΔTx is 70.62 K.The glass transition temperature Tgand the crystallization temperature Tx are respectively 785.05 and 855.67 K.The saturation magnetization Ms is 111 emu/g and the coercive force Hc is about 2 028.443 A/m.关键词
