Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of video-assisted mini-thoracotomy on non-small cell lung cancer.Methods All 213 patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) at stage Ⅰ ～ Ⅲa from January 2008 to August 2012 were treated,82 cases underwent complete video-assisted thoracoscopic pneumonectomy (CVATS group),63 patients received video-assisted mini-thoracotomy thoracotomy(VAMT group).And the clinical indicators of two groups in perioperative period were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant differences in volume of intraoperative bleeding,dissected lymph node number,postoperative analgesic time,length of hospitalization between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).However,operation duration,hospitalization costs of patients in VAMT group were less than those in CVATS group(P ＜ 0.05).Duration of postoperative catheter drainage of patients in VAMT groups is slightly longer than those in CVATS group,but the difference was no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion VAMT lobectomy can thoroughly clean the lymph nodes,has advantages of less invasive,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay,low cost,etc,which can be used as a surgical approach in nonsmall cell lung cancer with no taboos now.It is feasible to promote in the primary hospital.关键词
