Abstract
Objective To sumularize the therapeutic effect of one-stage urethroplasty by using free foreskin for children hypospadias,and to provide basis for clinical surgical approach.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 35 cases of different types of children hypospadias patients who were performed one-stage urethroplasty by using free foreskin as artificial urinary from February 2010 to June 2012.Results After the opration,penis of all the patients were of satisfactory appearance and the urinary meatus were of normal position.There were 1 case of urinary fistula and 4 cases of urethrostenosis,which were cured by urinary fistula repair or urethral dilatation.Conclusion It is a good choice to treat different types of children hypospadias through one-stage urethroplasty with free foreskin,since it is of less complications such as urethral stenosis and fistula after operation.关键词
