摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of anastomosis for esophageal gastrointestinal operation.Methods The data of 592 patients with digestive tract diseasesfrom January 2005 to September 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 592 patients,456 cases were anastomosed successfully,postoperative complications occurred in 136 cases,anastomotic fistula in 72 cases,anastomotic bleeding in 31 cases,anastomotic stenosis in 27 cases,anastomotic separation in 6 cases,5 patients died after operation.Conclusion Stapling of one-stage resection and anastomosis of postoperative complications are common,which must be improved.关键词
