姜黄素对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的抗氧化应激作用及保护机制
Antioxidative effect of curcumin on diabetic nephropathy rats and it's protective mechanism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the possible protective effect of curcumin on the experimental diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats and its possible mechanism.Methods The diabetic model was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(60 mg · kg-1).After modeling success,curcumin(200 mg · kg-1)was given ig to treatment group,continuous 8 weeks,and equal volume of 1% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was given ig to normal group and model group.After the last administration,to collect 24 h urine for detecting 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER).To detect blood glucose (BG),triglyceride (TG),cholesterol(TC),creatinine clearance (Ccr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and so on ; to detect the activity of catalase (CAT),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA).HE staining to observe pathological changes.Results Compared to model group,curcumin could improve the general situation of rats,reduce significantly the BG,TG,TC,BUN,UAER and Ccr(P < 0.01),also curcumin could increase significantly activity of CAT,SOD,and GSH-Px (P <0.01),and reduce the content of MDA (P <0.01).Curcumin could significantly improve the histopathological changes of rats.Conclusion Curcumin has a protective effect on the kidney of diabetic rats,it's mechanism may be related to inhibiting the oxidative stress and enhancing the body's antioxidant capacity.关键词
