Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and significance of using lateral thoracodorsal fasciocutaneous flap to fill tissue defects in partial mastectomy defects.Methods In our study,all the patients were designed a triangular lateral thoracodorsal fasciocutaneous flap to fill the breast defect causing by breast conserving therapy or flap necrosis after breast reconstruction.Results There were 8 cases received this surgery.One of them was partial flap necrosis after TRAM,the others were accepted breast conserving therapy just now.The average operative time was 3 hours,the average amount of bleeding was 300ml.No postoperative complications such as flap necrosis occurred.The median postoperative follow-up time was 19.5months,and the 7 people were all no relapse.All patients were satisfied with the cosmetic outcome.Conclusions In filling tissue defects in breast conserving terapy,lateral thoracodorsal fasciocutaneous flap can be useful with good cosmetic effect,particularly for patients with small breasts.关键词
