Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with topical 2％ minoxidil in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 89 cases with alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given cystine 100mg three times a day and topical 2％ minoxidil twice daily.At the same time,the patients in the treatment group were given compound glycyrrhizin 50mg three times a day for 12 weekes.Results The response rates were 82.61％ and 67.44％ respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.No significant adverse events were found.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with topical 2％ minoxidil is effective and safe in the treatment of alopecia areata.关键词
