髂腹股沟真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手指毁损伤30例病例分析
Analysis of ilioinguinal subdermal vascular network flap for repair of finger injuries in 30 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the appearance and function recovery situation of these smashed fingers after repaired by ilioinguinal subdermal vascular network flap (ISVNF).Methods From February 2008 to January 2013,we saved 32 fingers on 30 patients through ISVNF.During these operations,after thoroughly debridement,fractured digital bones were internally fixated by Kirschner wires first,then wrapped by ISVNFs.Finally all patients got primary recovery successfully.Results All 32 fingers successfully repaired by ISVNF with good appearance and function recovery.Conclusion ISVNF can be used on smashed fingers for good appearance and function recovery.关键词
