Clinical appliction many skin soft tissue expansions for large scar alopecia treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the skin soft tissue expansion for large scar alopecia treatment.Methods From February 2006 to October 2012,13 patients with scar alopecia were admitted for treatment.10 were male,3 were female with their ages ranging from 15 to 40 years.29 therapeutic expanders were utilized in 13patients.Results The follow-up for 3～10 months,29 areas undergoing the expand-er insertion healed well and hair grow well.No postoperative complicatin.Conclusion The skin soft tissue expansion for scar alopecia treatment关键词
