摘要
Abstract
Objective Research on the clinic effectuality of combination Triamcinolone and 5-Fluorouracil on Keloid.Methods We searched Cochrane,Medline,Wiley,CNKI and Wan Fang Date.All researches were updated on April,2013.Randomied controlled trials (RCTS) of the effectuality of combination Triamcinolone and 5-Fluorouracil on Keloid.The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated,and date analyses were performed using the Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.2.Results A total of 10 RCTS involving 1025 patients with keloid,which the experimental group include 517 patients and they combination of Triamcinolone and 5-Fluorouracil,and the control group include 508 patients and they treatment with Triamcinolone.A descriptive analysis of the results was presented:Compared with the effective rate,the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant difference (P＜0.00001),and the experimental group better than the control group.Compared with the cure rate,the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant difference (P＜0.O0001),and the experimental group better than the control group.Compared with the recurrence rate,the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant difference (P=0.0005),and the experimental group less than the control group.Compared with the incidence of adverse reaction,the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant difference (P=0.0002)),and the experimental.group less than the control group.Conclusion The results showed that combination of Triarmcinolone and 5-Fluorouracil treatment of keloids are more significant curative effect,and also can reduce the recurrence and the side effect by Glucocorticoid.关键词
