Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in the control group received oral isotretinoin,10mg twice daily,and 60 cases in the treatment group received TCM formula granules in addition.Both groups were given clindamycin metronidazole liniment twice daily,the course of treatment was 6 weeks.Results The rate of efficacy of treatment group was 85.71％,and the control group was 70.37％,there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of TCM formula granules in combination with isotretinoin in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris was good,and the adverse reaction was low.关键词
