摘要
Abstract
No - flow coronary of coronary artery is the phenomenon, which prove no vascular mechanical obstruction by arteriography and is shortage of the segment myocardial perfusion dominated by the coronary circulation. No - reflow may occur after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction, it can lead to the deterioration of diseases, complication and increase the mortality. The concept, classification, possible mechanisms, risk factor, predictor, prevention and treatment methods of no - reflow are summarized in this review.关键词
