摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of the Alanyl - glutamine ( Ala - Glu ) injection on the post - operative immune function of patients with NSCLC. Methods Seventy patients undergoing NSCLC surgery in our hospital between February and June 2011 were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n =35 ) and a control group ( n =35 ) by random number table. All the patients were served with the same amount of food after surgery. Patients in the experimental group were given 0. 5 g · kg-1 · d-1 Ala - Glu injection during day 1 ~ day 7 after surgery. The IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , and CD4 + /CD8 + were observed on day 1 before surgery, and day 4 and 8 after surgery. Results The IgG, IgA, IgM and C4 of the control group, and the IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 , and C4 of the experimental group were significantly different on day 1 before surgery, day 4 and day 8 after surgery ( P < 0. 05 ) . The IgG, IgA, IgM, and C4 of both groups were significantly different on day 1 before surgery and day 4 after surgery ( P <0. 05 ) . The IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, and C4 on neither day 1 before surgery nor day 4 after surgery were significantly different between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . The IgA and C3 on day 8 were significantly different between the two groups ( P <0. 05 ). The CD3+ , CD4+ , and CD8+ of the control group, and the CD4 + and CD8 + of the experimental group were significantly different on day 1 before surgery, day 4 and day 8 after surgery ( P <0. 05 ). The CD3 + and CD4+ of the control group, and the CD8+ of the experimental group were significantly different on day 1 before surgery and day 4 after surgery ( P <0. 05 ). The CD3 + , CD4 + , CDg + , and CD4 +/CD8 + on neither day 1 before surgery nor day 4 after surgery were significantly different between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ). The CD4 + , CDg + , and CD4 +/CD8 + on day 8 were significantly different between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The IgA, C3 , CD4 + , CDg + , and CD4 + / CD8 + of the experimental group on day 8 after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group. Therefore, the Ala - Glu injection can significantly improve the post - operative immune function in patients with NSCLC.关键词
