亚低温治疗重症手足口病并发中枢性发热的疗效研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe hand - foot - mouth disease combined with central fever. Methods A total of 83 severe hand - foot - mouth disease combining central fever patients who had been treated with mechanical ventilation in the central hospital of Xinxiang from March 2009 to October 2012 were selected. According to the type of their treatment, 83 patients were divided into the control group ( treated with usual agents, 43 cases ) and the mild hypothermia group ( treated with mild hypothermia, 40 cases ) . The temperature changes, treatment time and laboratory tests of the patients were observed. Results With the usual agents treatment, the average temperature of the control group decreased from ( 38. 5 ±0. 5 )℃ to ( 36. 8 ±0. 3 )℃ , and treatment time was ( 3. 9 ± 1. 2 ) d. The average anal temperature of the mild hypothermia group decreased from ( 38. 6 ± 0. 4 )℃ to ( 36. 9 ± 0. 3 )℃ , and treatment time was ( 2. 1 ±1.0) d. Difference of treatment time between the two groups was statistically significant ( t =6. 958 , P <0. 05 ) . There was no one who had frostbite and complication of hypothermia in the mild hypothermia group. No statistical significance of blood sugar and platelet counts of two groups was observed ( t value were 0. 859 and 0. 607 , P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Mild hypothermia is a safe and effective treatment for severe hand - foot - mouth disease complicated by central heating with auxiliary cooling therapy of mechanical ventilation, and the cooling time is short.关键词
