社区老年人健康功能诊断评估系统在健康管理中的应用
Application of Health Function Diagnostic Assessment in Health Management for the Elderly in Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a Web - based automatic diagnostic assessment system of multidimensional health functions for the elderly in community, and investigate the applying result in health management. Methods A health survey was conducted among 399 elderly people aged more than 65 in the community of Huazhong University of Science. The software of ASP NET + SQL Server 2008 was used for online collection of information so as to realize the automatic diagnostic assessment of health functions of samples and visualization of analysis and statistics and results of the measuring scale information. Results The survey results of the elderly in communities showed that, in physical health status there were 112 people ( 28. 1 % ) who were excellent, 172 ( 43. 1% ) moderate, and 115 ( 28. 8% ) poor; in ability of daily activities there were 247 people ( 61. 9% ) who were good, 84 ( 21. 1% ) mild impairment, and 68 ( 17.0% ) moderately or severely impaired; in mental health there were 331 ( 83. 0% ) people who were excellent, 32 ( 8. 0% ) good, 28 ( 7. 0% ) mild spirit impairment, and 8(2. 0% ) moderate or a-bove mental impairment; in social resources condition there were 399 ( 100. 0% ) people who were excellent, and no one who was good or in any grades of barriers; in economy state there were 20 ( 5.0% ) people who were excellent, 128 ( 32. 1% ) good, 219 ( 54. 9% ) poor, and 32 ( 8. 0% ) extremely poor; and in nutritional status there were 120 ( 30. 1% ) people who were good, 235 ( 58.9% ) with danger of potential malnutrition, and 44 ( 11.0% ) poor. Intelligent data statistical analysis function of the software meets the design requirements. Conclusion The automatic diagnostic assessment system of multidimensional health functions for the elderly in community can be applied in health management of the elderly, and it is an ideal tool for the managers related to health issues.关键词
