特定穴体针配合耳揿针缓解胰腺癌疼痛和抑郁的临床疗效研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the short - term effect of acupuncture for treating pain and depression in pancreatic cancer patients. Methods The hospitalized patients who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture group ( n = 31 ) receiving one week treatments of specific body and auricular acupuncture therapies, and drug group ( n =37 ) receiving optimal drug analgesic therapy ( ODAT ). The changes of pain and depression were evaluated by using the 11 -point numeric rating scale ( NRS -11) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale - 6 items ( HAMD - 6 ), the results of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in NRS - 11 score before and after the treatment between the two groups showed no statistical significance ( P >0. 05 ), and so did the difference in pain effect between the two groups through Ridit analysis ( P > 0. 05 ). The differences in total and factional scores of HAMD - 6 before the treatment between the two groups showed no statistical significance ( P > 0. 05 ), and so did the differences one week after the treatment ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion A short term acupuncture therapy could not alleviate the pain and depress level in pancreatic cancer patients.关键词
