Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence of cerebral microbleeds ( CMB ) and its related factors in patients with different cerebral vascular diseases ( CVD ). Methods A total of 275 hospital patients with acute CVD and 103 with non -central nervous system diseases had conventional magnetic resonance T2 gradient recalled echo - weighted scanning. Patients'bas-ic information was recorded, incidence of cerebral CMB analyzed in patients with different CVDs. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze its related factors. Results In cerebral hemorrhage ( CH ) patients, the incidence of CMB was 82. 3% ( 14/ 17 ), that of cerebral infarction ( CI ) was 45. 9% ( 112/244 ), transient ischemic attacks 21. 4% ( 3/14 ), and in control group 13. 4% ( 14/103 ). There was significant difference in incidence of CI and CMB compared to the control group ( P < 0. 05 ), and in occurrence of hypertension, carotid artery plaque, leucodystrophy, asymptomatic lacunar infarction ( LI ), CMB due to aspirin use ( P < 0.05 ). By multivariate Logistic regression analysis, CI [ OR =2.211, 95% CI ( 1. 181, 4. 009 ), P < 0. 05 ], CH [ OR = 18. 046, 95% CI ( 4. 801 , 65. 897 ), P < 0. 01 ], hypertension [ OR = 2. 216, 95% CI (1.231, 4.010), P<0.01], leucodystrophy [ OR= 5. 003, 95%CI( 2.988, 8.369), P<0.01], asymptomatic LI [ OR = 2. 402 , 95% CI ( 1. 431, 3. 901 ), P < 0. 01 ] are risk factors of cerebral CMB. Conclusion Incidence of cerebral CMB is high in patients with different CVDs. CI, CH, hypertension, leucodystrophy and asymptomatic LI are risk factors of cerebral CMB.关键词
