Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and influencing factors between different age patients with coronary artery disease ( CAD ) . Methods 330 CAD patients underwent coronary angiogram in our hospital from 2007 to 2008 were selected, including 210 cases of elder patients ( elder group ) and 130 cases of young and middle aged patients ( young and middle aged group ) . Clinical data, laboratory indexes, influencing factors of CAD, stenosis of coronary artery and the safety of intervention were given single factor analysis. And then multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on factors with statistical significance in single factor analysis. Results ( 1 ) The sex ratio between the elder group and young and middle aged group showed statistically significant difference ( P <0. 05 ) . (2) The Cr, PT, FIB in the elder group were significantly higher than the young and middle aged group, but GGT, TG, Hey and PLT were significantly lower than the young and middle aged group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Multiple factor regression analysis showed that Hcy and FIB were risk factors for CAD. ( 3 ) The incidence of triple vessel disease in the elder group was significantly higher than that of the young and middle aged group ( P < 0. 05 ). Clinical characteristics between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference ( P >0. 05 ) . The adverse e-vents in the elder group were more than those in the young and middle aged group, including bleeding, arrhythmia and cardio-genic shock ( all P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion There were significant difference between different age patients with CAD in the clinical laboratory and clinical prognosis. It is suggested that the treatment should be different for CAD between the elderly and the young, middle - aged patients with CAD.关键词
