摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the repair methods and effects of nasal endoscope surgery on the fracture of the orbital medial wall. Methods A total of 8 cases with orbital medial wall fracture were analyzed from January 2009 to January 2011. The clinical outcome of operation by endoscope and prognosis were evaluated. Results The eyeball reset was satisfactory in the 8 cases , and diplopia was obviously improved or cured. There was no rejection reaction on filling implant. Conclusion Orbital medial wall fracture under nasal endoscope has minimal invasion, quick recovery, and easy operation and is conducive to beauty demands. Besides, the filling of Medpor has little rejection reaction.关键词
