摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop the kit of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA ) for Rabies Virus (RV), nucleoprotein (NP) . The RV NP TRFIA Kit was processed by double antibody sandwich method and assessed by the given indicators . The results of this kit possessed high accuracy , wide linear range from 5 to 2 500 mEU/mL , high sensitivity with 1 .018 mEU/mL , and good precision . The coefficient variations of the intra- and inter-assay were 2 .7% to 9 .3% and 3 .5% to 12 .2% , respectively . The correlation coefficient was found with 0 .85 by detecting 15 samples of vaccines between this developed kit and domestic ELISA kit which is used popularly nowadays . As well, the stability tests showed that reagents could be stable for six months at 4 ℃ , 7 days at 37 ℃ , respectively . Our investigation showed that the indicators of the developed kit met the requirements of clinical testing and the developed kit could be used for the tests in clinical detection .
