摘要

Abstract

The beet molasses was used fermentation culture to produce fructooligosaccharide (FOS) in the paper.It was showed that the yield of FOS was increased greatly by optimizating the conditions of FOS production.The optimum culture conditions of the method were the inoculation quantity 5%,initial pH 7.0,temperature 30℃,molasses concentration 20%.In that condition,the yield of FOS can reach 46.75mg/mL after reacting for 48 hours.The process made the operation easy and the resources saved.
