成人注意缺陷多动障碍患者的生活质量及相关因素
Quality of life and related factors in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder

Abstract
Objective:To explore the quality of life and related factors in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods:Totally 41 adult patients meeting the diagnoses of ADHD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition (DSM-Ⅳ) were selected.The World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF),ADHD Rating Scale,Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult Version(BRIEF-A),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating depression scale(SDS) and Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ axis-Ⅰ disorders were administered to the patients.Results:The adult ADHD patients had lower scores of WHOQOL-BREF in physical [(12.2 ± 2.7) vs.(15.1 ± 2.3)] and psychological [(11.9 ± 2.6) vs.(13.9 ± 1.9)] domains than the model of healthy adults in China (P ＜ 0.01).Correlation analysis showed that scores of WHOQOL-BREF was negatively correlated with scores of attention deficit subscale of ADHD Rating Scale,factors of BRIEF-A and SAS(r =-0.31--0.82,P ＜0.05),and patients with psychiatric axis-I comorbidity had lower WHOQOL-BREF scores.Multi regression analysis showed that scores of attention deficit subscale of ADHD Rating Scale (β =-0.64 and-0.26),SDS (β =-0.65,-0.75,-0.60 and-0.46) and 2 factors of BRIEF-A which is task monitoring (β =-0.56),and self monitoring (β =-0.39) were negatively correlated with QOL(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of adults with ADHD is obviously lower than normal people and negatively related to attention deficit symptom,depression and executive function impairment.关键词
