神经性厌食少年的健康相关危险行为
Health related risk behaviors in adolescents with anorexia nervosa
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of health related risk behaviors in adolescents with anorexia nervosa.Methods:Thirty-three adolescents meeting the criteria of anorexia nervosa of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem,Tenth Revision (ICD-10) and 66 normal controls were enrolled.They were assessed with the Questionnaire for Adolescents Health related Risk Behavior Inventory.The subjects' parents completed the Questionnaire for Adolescents Health related Risk Behavior Inventory for Parent.Results:The anorexia nervosa group got lower scores in factors of rule breaking and illegal behavior[(2.1 ±1.6) vs.(2.7 ± 1.7)] and higher scores in factor of suicide and self-injury[(2.2 ± 2.6) vs.(1.2 ± 2.2)] than the normal control group.The anorexia nervosa group had lower scores in items of "not eating breakfast" and "whether to lie to family members",and higher scores in items of "binge eating or overeating and then vomiting out","physical discomfort caused by extremely restricted dieting"," suicidal thoughts"," suicidal plan" and "suicidal behavior" than the normal control group (Ps ＜ 0.05).The scores of self assessment in factor of "unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity" was lower than that of parents'assessment[(3.7 ± 2.5) vs.(6.8 ± 3.6),P ＜ 0.01].The scores of self assessment were lower in items of "not eating breakfast" [(0.2 ± 0.5) vs.(1.4 ± 1.3)] and "not drinking milk" [(1.2 ± 1.3) vs.(1.8 ± 0.2)],and higher in "whether cheating or plagiarism" [(0.6 ± 0.9) vs.(0.2 ± 0.4)] than that of parents'assessment (Ps ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Children and adolescents with anorexia nervosa may have more self-injury behavior,suicidal thoughts,suicidal plan,suicidal behavior,binge eating or overeating and then vomiting out,physical discomfort caused by extremely restricted dieting,but less rule breaking behavior,illegal behavior,and lying to family members.关键词
