Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Baicalin capsules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Acclaim C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1％ phosphoric acid (47∶53,V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of baicalin was 20.3-203.0 μg/ml (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.63％ (RSD=0.313％,n=6).The RSDs of precision test,reproducibility test and stability test were all lower than 2％.CONCLUSIONS:The method is accurate,reliable,simple and rapid.It is suitable for the quality control of Baicalin capsules.关键词
