甘露聚糖肽联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Mannatide Combined with Pirarubicin by Bladder Instillation on Postoperative Recurrence of Bladder Cancer

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of mannatide combined with pirarubicin by bladder instillation on postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.METHODS:A total of 78 patients underwent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer surgery were randomized into treatment group and control group.Control group received only pirarubicin (30 mg) by bladder instillation.Mannatide (40 mg) combined with pirarubicin (30 mg) was administered to treatment group.Both were given medicines once a week for 8 times,then once a month for 8 times.Periodical cystoscopy was performed,and the recurrent rate of bladder cancer and adverse drug reactions (ADR) were observed.RESULTS:A total of 78 cases obtained follow-up visit.The recurrent rate of bladder cancer in treatment group was 5.13％,which was significantly lower than 20.51％ in control group (P＜0.05) ; the incidence rate of flu-like symptoms in treatment group was higher than in control group (P＜0.05).But the incidence of other ADR had no significant differences between 2 groups (P＞0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Mannatide combined with pirarubicin by bladder instillation can effectively reduce the recurrent rate of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer after surgery and improve the patients' quality of life.Meanwhile it has highly safety and well tolerance in the clinical application.关键词
