Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of bisoprolol combined with simvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients.METHODS:82 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from Jan.2011 to Mar.2012 were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given simvastatin and the observation group was treated with bisoprolol combined with simvastatin.After 2 months of treatment,frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack,total effective rate,rates of cardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:The weekly frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack in observation group were significantly less than in control group,there was statistical significance (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24％,and that of control group was 73.17％,there was statistical significance (P＜0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular.events in observation group was significantly lower than in control group,there was statistical significance (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference of ADR between 2 groups (P＞0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Bisoprolol combined with simvastatin effectively improve clinical efficacies and reduce incidence of cardiovascular event in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.关键词
