HPLC法测定健胃消炎颗粒中大黄素和大黄酚的含量
Content Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Jianwei Xiaoyan Granules
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of emodin and cbrysophanol in Jianwei xiaoyan granules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.A SinoChrom C18 column of Dalian Elite was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1％ phosphoric acid (80∶20,V/V) with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃.The sample size was 20 μl.RESULTS:The linear ranges were 1.1-5.5 μg/ml for emodin(r=0.999 7) and 2.85-14.25 μg/ml for chrysophanol (r=0.999 6).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than and equal to 1.76％.Average recoveries were 104.43％ (RSD=1.76％,n=6) and 108.04％ (RSD=0.62％,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and specific,can be used for quality control of Jianwei xiaoyan granules.关键词
