Retrospective Analysis of Perioperative Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in Patients Underwent Cesarean Section
目的:探讨实施干预措施对剖宫产患者围术期预防用抗菌药物的效果.方法:选择我院2011年1-9月归档的300份剖宫产患者病历作为对照组(干预前),2011年10月-2012年6月300份剖宫产患者病历作为干预组(干预后),对两组患者围术期预防用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性对照分析.结果:两组剖宫产患者均100％使用抗菌药物,均为钳夹脐带后静脉给药；干预组抗菌药物预防使用品种选择更加合理,不合理联合用药现象显著减少,用法用量不合格现象明显减少；用药疗程对照…查看全部>>
