Abstract
Objective To study the inhibiting effect and explore the mechanism of PRL on the progress of Cis-DDP derivation apoptosis in ovarian cancer.Methods MTT method was applied to observe the proliferation of SKOV3 cells growing.Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the apoptosis of SKOV3.Results With the increasing of PRL concentration and extension of the action time,SKOV3 cell number gradually increased,and SKOV3 cell survival rate was significantly higher than the control cells (P ＜ 0.01).By Cis-DDP (4 μg/mL) processing 48 h,compared with control group,the blank,10 ng/mL,100 ng/mL and 1 000 ng/mL PRL group's apoptosis rate of SKOV3 cell was significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion PRL can effectively promote ovarian cancer cell proliferation,and inhibit Cis-DDP induced apoptosis in ovarian cancer cell SKOV3.关键词
