Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on the improvement of the neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 26 patients with neurogenic bladder were treated with biological feedback instrument.The daily frequency of urination,single sub-urine output and residual urine volume before and after 10 days of treatment,20 days of treatment,respectively,were recorded and analyzed.Results After a course of treatment,daily frequency of urination and residual urine volume was decreased,and single sub-urine output was increased.Voiding symptoms was improved significantly compared with before treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can effectively improve voiding function and the quality of life in neurogenic bladder patients caused by spinal cord injury.关键词
