清热类中药对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的防治作用研究进展
Research progress of preventive effect of anti-fever Chinese herbs on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Anti-fever Chinese herb is a kind of common used Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of ischemic heart disease. In recent years, it is reported in many literature that single herb, such as coptis chinensis, scutellaria baicalensis, honeysuckle, polygonum cuspidatum, radix paeonia rubra and herba lo-phatheri, and the compound, such as honeysuckle preparations and huanglian jiedu decoction, have distinct effect of reducing myocardial infarct area on rats. The mechanism of these herbs and compound prescription has multifaceted roles, such as an-tioxidative response, improving mitochondrial features, and inhibiting apoptosis of myocardial cell, etc. Nowadays, ischemic cardiovascular diseases have become a major disease and a serious threat to people's lives in our country. The research of pharmaceutical effect and mechanism of anti-fever Chinese herbs would lay a solid foundation for developing effective and safe Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.关键词
