大豆GmRAV基因与暗形态建成相关
Effect of soybean GmRAV gene on skotomorphogenesis
摘要
Abstract
Real-time PCR analysis showed that soybean GmRAV gene was strongly induced by darkness.Transgenic tobaccos overexpressing soybean GmRAV gene exhibited etiolated phenotype in dark,inhibited cotyledon expansion and promoted hypocotyl elongation.GmRAV gene could be involved in skotomorphogenesis.关键词
