摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the relieving effect of rosuvastatin on carotid arterial atherosclerosis plaque and its lipid-regulating efficacy in hyperlipidemic patients.Methods 65 patients with hyperlipidemia were given rosuvastatin 10 mg/d on the basis of the routine therapy.After 6-month treatment,the changes of carotid artery atherosclerosis plaque,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected.Results The carotid arterial atherosclerosis plaque after treatment was obviously reduced in all cases(P ＜0.01).The levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C were dropped obviously and HDL-C was increased(P＜0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Rosuvastatin can reduce the carotid arterial atherosclerosis plaque and effectively regulate blood lipid with good safety.关键词
