Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Anshenbuxin Tablets.Methods The separation was achieved on the Lichrom C18 column(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 pm)with acetonitrile-water (18∶82) as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship (r =0.999 9) in the concentration range of 0.027 0-0.432 0 μg for 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside.The mean recovery rate was 99.56％,RSD =1.06％ (n =6).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Anshenbuxin Tablets.关键词
