Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of α-Lipoic Acid Injection combined methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Sixty cases of DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The normal diabetic therapy was adopted in the two groups.At the same time,the treatment group was added with Alpha-Lipoic Acid Injection 600 mgmby intravenous drip,once daily,and oral methycobal 500 μg,3 times daily; the control group was added with oral methycobal 500 μg,3 times daily.The therapeutic course lasted for 3 weeks.Results The overall effective rate was 93.33％ in the treatment group and 66.67％ in the control group,showing statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).No evident adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The combined therapy of α-Lipoic Acid Injection and methycobal is definitely effective in the treatment of DPN.关键词
