穿心莲内酯磺化物雾化治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果
Observation on Clinical Effect of Andrographolide Sulfonate Nebulization in Treating Acute Exacerbation of COPD
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of andrographolide sulfonate nebulization in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 96 patients with AECOPD were randomaly divided into the intervention group and the contol group,48 cases in each group.Afetr 7 d treatment,the life quality score,blood gas indexes and forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) percentage of predicted value were observed and compared between the two groups.Resluts The life quality scores in the intervention group were significantly superior to those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P＜ 0.05).Comparing the blood gas indexes and FEV1 percentage of predicted value after treatment,the difference between the intervention group and the control group had statistically significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Andrographolide sulfonate nebulization has better effect in the treatment of AECOPD and deserves to be clinically promoted.关键词
