Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the theursolic acid content in Verbena officinalis L.by HPLC and to investigate the methodology and the ursolic acid content from Verbena officinalis L.harvested in different seasons.Methods The Agilent C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted at the column temperature of 40℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate solution(75∶25),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.Results The urolic acid during the range of 0.624-3.120 μg had a good linearity relationship with the peak area.The average recovery rate were 98.10％,RSD 0.87％ (n=6).Conclusion This method is accurate,highly sensitive and better reproducibe and provides reference basis for the quality control and the optimal harvest time of Verbena officinalis L.关键词
