Lipid Modulation of Atorvastatin Calcium for Hypertension Patients with Abnormal Blood Lipid and Its Influence on IMT
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the lipid modulation of atorvastatin calcium for the hypertension patients with abnormal blood lipid and its influence on the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Methods 350 hypertension patients with abnormal blood lipid were randomly divided into the control group(170 cases)and the observation group(180 cases).The control group was given the routine antihypertensive treatment,while th eobservation group received oral Atorvastatin Tablet based on the routine treatment.Blood pressure,blood lipid and IMT after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in blood pressure after treatment between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05);TG,TC and LDL-C after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05);compared with the control group,IMT after treatment in the observation group was obviously decreased(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can greatly decrease the blood lipid,delay even reserve carotid atherosclerosis plaque for the hypertension patients with abnormal blood lipid,.关键词
