Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of long-term low-dose clarithromycin combined with Budesonide Spray in the treatment chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 84 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The observation group adopted long-term low-dose clarithromycin combined with Budesonide Spray treatment,while the control group adopted single Budesonide Spray treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment,nasal sinus CT scores and saccharin transmission time(ST)were adopted for the effective evaluation.Results The VAS scores at 1 month after treatment,nasal sinus CT scores and ST in both groups were reduced significantly(P ＜ 0.01),but the differences between two groups were not statistically siguificant(P ＞ 0.05).The VAS scores,sinus CT scores and ST at 3 months after treatment in both groups were reduced significantly(P ＜ 0.01),but which in the observation group were more significant,the differences showing statistical significance(P ＜ 0.01).In the period of medication,no cases had serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Long-term lowdose clarithromycin combined with Budesonide Spray is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.关键词
