急性胰腺炎肝脏损害的MRI研究
Research on hepatic damage of acute pancreatitis by MRI imaging
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the MRI manifestations and the corresponding pathogenic changes of the acute pancreatitis (AP) patients complicated with hepatic damage.Methods:Two MRI examinations were performed for the 50 AP patients complicated with hepatic abnormality.One was done before admission and the other was done at least 10 days after therapy.Judge the imaging changes through comparison of the two MRI images.Results:The inphase images of the 50 patients all presented a slightly high signal before and after treatment.For the outphase images before treatment,26 patients of them showed an obviously low signal and 24 patients showed slightly low signal,while after the treatment,the outphase images of 46 patients showed slightly high signal and 4 patients still showed slightly low signal.Conclusion:Out-phase images before and after therapy are obviously different for the AP patients complicated with hepatic damage.Out-phase signals are significantly increased after therapy than that before therapy,indicating that adipose content of the liver temporally increases of AP,After treatment the signals can be restored.关键词
