肺小结节术前CT引导下亚甲蓝定位的临床应用
CT-guided Preoperative Localization for Small Solitary Pulmonary Nodules with Methylene Blue in Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery

Abstract
[Objectives] To evaluate the efficiency and safety of CT-guided preoperative localization for small solitary pulmonary nodules (SSPN) with methylene blue in video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS).[Methods] Thirty SSPN in 28 patients were preoperatively localized under CT guidance and marked with methylene blue injections before VATS wedge resection.[Results] All the thirty SSPN were localized successfully.The mean localization time was (22.13 ± 5.36)min.Only 3 patients (10.7％) had mild pneumothorax,but no one needed chest tube drainage.All the nodules were successfully removed by VATS,and no one was converted to open thoracotomy.The time of VATS wedge resection was (17.82 ± 5.63)min,and the blood loss volume was (20.03 ± 13.78) mL.[Conclusions] Methylene blue preoperative localization of SSPN under CT guidance is a simple,effective and safe method and is worth promoting.关键词
