马口铁冷轧板表面缺陷研究
Study on Surface Defect of Tinplate Cold-rolled Sheet
摘要
Abstract
Surface defect is a common quality problem in production of tinplate cold-rolled sheet.The trip defects in surface of tinplate cold-rolled sheet were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX).The results showed that the trip defects of tinplate cold-rolled sheet were composed of large-volume complex inclusions.The inclusions which were productions of the entrainment of slag in tundish reacted with mould fluxes.The inclusions were floated and gathered near the inner arc slab for low melting point.It is the main causes of the trip defects existing only in one face of the cold-rolled sheet.The problems of trip defects have been resolved by improving of tundish powder and optimization of tundish operation.关键词
