多孔Co3O4纳米片的制备及其电化学性能研究
Fabrication and Electrochemical Properties of Porous Co3O4 Nanoplates

Abstract
Porous Co3O4 nanoplates prepared with a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method were synthesized by calcining the precipitates Co(CO3)0.5 (OH) · 0.11 H2O at 400 ℃ for 2h.That crystal structures and morphologies both of the precursors and products have been characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopic (FESEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopic (HRTEM).Electrochemical properties of the Co3O4 nanoplates were carried out using cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the porous Co3O4 nanoplates had the thickress of about 50 nm,pore sizes about 10 nm and exhibited high specific capacitances of 707 F/g at 0.5 A/g and 547 F/g at 8 A/g.Furthermore,the specific capacitance of the materials was 97.4% after cycling for 1000 times.关键词
