Research Status of Microstructure of Carbides in High Speed Steel
摘要
Abstract
The status of the research on the microstructure of carbides in high speed steel were introduced.MC type carbides usually show in ball shape,a large number ofnanoscale small particles distribute therein; a large number of stacking faults and micro twin distribute in M2C type carbides; water striate patterns distribute in M3C type carbides,which are the tracks of growing based on lamellar stacking mode; a long range order stacking faults present in the internal of M7C3 type carbides,there are a lot of twin.关键词
