Abstract
Three kinds of different heat treatment processes were used for processing both low-alloy steels,the microstructure and properties of the steel were studied.The results show that,after annealing + quenching and tempering,normalizing +quenching and tempering,and annealing + normalizing + quenching and tempering,the microstructures of the two steels are tempered-sorbite with remaining martensitic orientation.But the ferrite in grain interior takes on a shape of lath with a certain direction after treated by the first two processes,and that takes on equiaxed polygonal shape after treated by the latter process.The heat treatment process can effectively improve the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel,and play the maximum potential of the steel in strength.关键词
