摘要
Abstract
The optimized design program of hot box for making water jacket sand cores of large cylinder head using resin coated sand with Z8040 core shooter was analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the optimized design of the sub-box program,the core box body,the bottom frame,the piece block structure,sand shooting port bushing installation structure and other accessories were introduced.And how to lead the human ergonomics,aesthetic and performance theory into the design idea and technical solutions was also explained.关键词
