摘要

Abstract

A finite element model of the 12 mm thick multi-layer and butt-welding process for mid-thick plates was created with ANSYS finite element software.The elements of seven welds were activated with load heat source in succession used of element birth and kill to research the effects of cooling time between two weldings on temperature fields.The results show that cooling 300 s after every weld will form the preheating conditions of subsequent weld.And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional temperature field with multi-layer butt-welding of mid-thick plates was obtained.
